During a K9 Floss Boss cleaning session, your pet will enjoy a calm and comfortable experience. Our trained professionals will gently examine your furry friend, remove buildup using gentle hand scaling techniques, and polish for a sparkling finish. We'll provide before and after photos, as well as aftercare tips to help maintain your pet's dazzling smile at home.

Clients who cancel 48 hours or more before their appointment will receive a full deposit refund. For cancellations within 24-48 hours, we'll happily reschedule the appointment to a more convenient date, but the deposit will not be refunded (except in cases of emergency). Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will have to pay 50% of the scheduled visit. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
