  • No, your pet will be awake during their cleaning. Our gentle approach allows us to care for your pet while they're awake, minimizing stress and potential risks. We prioritize your furry friend's comfort throughout the process.

  • A typical session takes between 20-60 minutes, depending on your pet's condition and cooperation.

  • Our service is safe for most pets. However, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian if your pet has any pre-existing conditions.

  • We recommend professional cleaning every 6-12 months, depending on your pet's individual needs. Regular at-home care between visits is also crucial for maintaining their overall well-being.

  • During a K9 Floss Boss cleaning session, your pet will enjoy a calm and comfortable experience. Our trained professionals will gently examine your furry friend, remove buildup using gentle hand scaling techniques, and polish for a sparkling finish. We'll provide before and after photos, as well as aftercare tips to help maintain your pet's dazzling smile at home.

  • Clients who cancel 48 hours or more before their appointment will receive a full deposit refund. For cancellations within 24-48 hours, we'll happily reschedule the appointment to a more convenient date, but the deposit will not be refunded (except in cases of emergency). Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit.

  • Our approach is gentle and stress-free. We take the time needed to help pets feel calm and comfortable throughout their visit, using patience and positive handling techniques.

  • No special preparation is required. We recommend arriving a few minutes early and letting us know about any sensitivities, preferences, or health concerns.

  • Yes. We use high-quality, pet-safe grooming products selected for comfort and effectiveness.

  • For safety and focus, pets are typically groomed without owners present. This helps create a calm environment and allows the groomer to work efficiently.

  • Please let us know in advance. We’re happy to adjust the grooming experience to best support your pet’s comfort and well-being.

  • Grooming frequency depends on coat type, lifestyle, and individual needs. We’re happy to provide recommendations after your pet’s appointment.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
